The story follows Raizo, who was orphaned and recruited into the Ozunu Clan as a child. After the clan executes his friend Kiriko, Raizo betrays his master and goes into hiding. In Berlin, Europol agent Mika Coretti (Naomie Harris) uncovers a money trail linking the clan to high-profile political murders. Raizo saves Mika from an Ozunu hit squad, and the two team up to expose and dismantle the ancient organization.
