The 70012 BIOS uses a different memory card initialization sequence. This is rare, but affects some homebrew. Fix: In PCSX2, go to Config > Memory Cards and reformat the virtual card using the PS2 browser (boot PS2 without disc, go to Browser, select card, press Triangle > Format).
