Place a file named like SLES_XXXXX.pnach or SLUS_XXXXX.pnach in PCSX2's cheats folder. Use the exact game ID for your copy (check PCSX2 logs or the game's disc ID). For PC ports that are not PS2, pnach is irrelevant.

Never save your Master League game while a cheat like "Max Money" is active. Turn the cheat off, save, then restart with the cheat on. The money will stay maxed, but the save file won't lock onto the cheat dependency.
