You downloaded Navione.exe but forgot the map data ( content/map folder). Unlike modern apps, NavioneEXE does not auto-download maps. Fix: Download a map package (TomTom, Here, or TeleAtlas) for iGO NextGen and place it in E:\Navione\content\map .
