Unlike the built-in cheat mode (which disables achievements even for cosmetic changes), Cheat Engine tables can be toggled per session . You don’t have to start a “cheat save.” You can just inject a small script to fix a broken quest (looking at you, “Lord Needs Grain”) and then turn it off.
