As of my latest knowledge, on Nintendo Switch, nor is there a widely known “Mo Patched” version (that seems to be a typo or confusion with another game/mod).

In fact, the 60 FPS patch is such a significant upgrade that it may even encourage players to revisit certain sections of the game that they previously found frustrating or tedious. With a higher frame rate, the game's more challenging sections become more manageable, and players may find themselves enjoying the game even more than they did initially.
