This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. We conducted in-depth interviews with 30 Japanese adults and administered surveys to a sample of 500 participants. Thematic analysis and descriptive statistics were used to identify patterns and trends in the data. Though still early in her career, she has
