Unlike traditional Arthurian legends, Guy Ritchie’s version reimagines Arthur as a scrappy orphan raised in brothels and back alleys of Londinium. After his uncle Vortigern (Jude Law) murders Arthur’s father, King Uther Pendragon (Eric Bana), to steal the crown, young Arthur escapes but grows up knowing nothing of his royal blood.
