Install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable (2015-2022). The CODEX release does not bundle them automatically.
To install mods, place files in ~mods folder inside Injustice2/Content/Paks . No Steam workshop conflicts. Injustice 2 Legendary Edition-CODEX
