As Yui began to explore the building and get to know her neighbors, she discovered that each of them had a hidden talent or skill that they kept concealed from the rest of the world. There was the elderly Mrs. Nakamura, who turned out to be a master of the ancient art of ninjutsu; Mr. Matsumoto, the seemingly timid office worker who was actually a renowned novelist; and the enigmatic Mr. Saito, who claimed to be a professional "listener" for a mysterious organization.
